I wrote a different post for today and but I felt a deep need to write this prayer for us. Witnessing the state of humanity this morning with our division, hate and war, I want to offer this to each of us, in the words of …

Hug someone you love today. Listen to them like you’ve never listened before. Our world needs more unity and love right now, and action speaks louder than words. We’ve all experienced hate and distress. It’s time to also experience true love between people and nations.
Another way exists. Create the bridges only you can create. Become fully aware of your own power to navigate. Division exists by design, not by necessity. We’re all more similar than different when we live in our hearts. Love isn’t just a feeling; it’s an action. So let’s not just say we love, but show it through what we do.
