Creating Meaning - Ayelet Baron - Radical Trekking

The need for creating meaning is what many want right now. Without a conscious mission, an organization and its people end up lost specially where we’re headed.

Peter Drucker observed, “Any organization also needs a commitment to values and their constant reaffirmation, as a human body needs vitamins and minerals.”

It helps when we explore the deeper meaning of our purpose. And how it relates to how people are treated—the people who we work with, buy from us, and partner with us. Two-way communication is key to ensuring open information exchanges. The foundation for building communities is trusted relationships and in communities creating meaning is essential.

It is no longer just the responsibility of corporations to make the change we want to see in the world. Each of us is responsible for getting clear on creating meaning and then coming together around a shared purpose that speaks to our hearts.

Conscious leaders bring people together to create something meaningful in the world. One of the most important skills that conscious leaders have is the ability to listen and have empathy.

Business is about people. There is another way to tell the story of business and that canvass is fresh and ready for new artists. Let’s be the leaders who want business to be the impetus for human and planetary balance and sustainability.
