Hope is A Message from the Future

Hope is the Message - Radical Trekking - Ayelet Baron

Hope is a message from the future. According to author Bryan Stevenson, “Hope is what will get some of us to stand up when others say sit down and will get some of us to speak when others say be quiet, and it becomes a relationship. Hopelessness is the enemy of justice and justice prevails where hopelessness persists.”

Hope is the power to believe that anything is possible. With hope, we can take a fresh look at a situation and create another path. Knowing there’s always a way.

Our future depends on our ability to be hopeful about what humanity can face and create. A dream, a wish and a miracle are all possible with our ability to see the opportunity in complex problems.

Can we imagine a healthier future, and create it? A world in which we have figured out that we have the power to change everything.

A world in which people realize that we are responsible for what is playing out around us and find ways to transform. A world of respect and love. A world where we have hope for our future because we are the ones authoring the stories waiting to emerge.

If we think it’s not possible, then we may have simply lost hope. But Albert Einstein reminds us that we must  “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.”

There are certain times in our history when darkness looms and we lose hope. But hope helps us see through these clouds. And imagine the future with hopeful thinking of what’s truly possible. We can harness our imagination to a vision of the lives we hope to lead.

Is it time to shape our world with hope and courage? We have been given opportunities right now to set a healthy foundation and there is so much hope when we stay focused.
