Being Impeccable with Our Words and Actions

Choosing to Be Impeccable with Words and Actions

Choices are being made right now, which set the foundation to where we are headed over the next decade. And it’s personal. We can choose more of the same, or experiment. We can choose security and control or free ourselves from the prison of the mind.

This is a time to be impeccable with our word. don Miguel Ruiz reminds us that “The word is your power of creation, and that power can be used in more than one direction. One direction is impeccability, where the word creates a beautiful story — your personal heaven on earth.

The other direction is misuse of the word, where the word destroys everything around you, and creates your personal hell.”

Being impeccable with our word really means never using the power of the word against ourselves. There is no need to gossip or blame when we can use our word to live a healthy life of possibility. It helps us claim our power as authors of a beautiful and healthy life. And brings far more meaning to the choices we make.

Walking Our Talk

Actions matter right now much more than intentions. Walking our talk becomes a foundation of navigating our life. And yes, some days we may get lost and take an unhealthy turn. But healthy living is around the corner and we can adjust our sails when our words match our actions.

Let’s always be aware of how we use words and be impeccable with them through our actions. There is less resistance, conflict and stress when we are in alignment. When we are impeccable, we will not tell ourselves harmful stories or engage in harmful emotional poison.

Creation begins with impeccable thoughts and words. Any conversation with ourselves is the beginning of creation and expands or contracts based on our words. When our words align with our actions and are transparent and honest, we can connect in incredible ways.

Instead of consuming news or stories outside ourselves, we learn to put down the manual and conditioning we received and swim upstream.

Recently a friend shared with me her incredible abilities to guide people and help them navigate these times. And now is her time to tap into her beautiful knowledge and guide herself. Often, we believe that this is a time of service to others, which it is. And with the same breath, we must always include ourselves. Because unless we are walking our talk, we forget that we also need to be of service to ourselves. We can know our own light and shine it on the path.

Living an Impeccable Whole Existence

Our health matters now more than ever from our bodies to our emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Everything matters and it’s time to be kind to our vulnerable to ourselves as much as others.

Doing our own work is a strength that will help us build the communities we need and be in service to creating whole love and healthy systems.

It’s up to each of us to transform our experiences into opportunities for greater insight and meaning in our lives. Self-awareness shifts us from the old world self-help movement. We can stay with the pain, fear and emotional trauma we have experienced in the past or gradually let go and become aware of what brings courage to live in high awareness. The only person who can truly lift you up is you.

Fred Rogers shared, “Part of the problem with the word ‘disabilities’ is that it immediately suggests an inability to see or hear or walk or do other things that many of us take for granted.

But what of people who can’t feel? Or talk about their feelings? Or manage their feelings in constructive ways?

What of people who aren’t able to form close and strong relationships? And people who cannot find fulfillment in their lives, or those who have lost hope, who live in disappointment and bitterness and find in life no joy, no love?

These, it seems to me, are the real disabilities.”

Being impeccable is a way of life.
