When we have our health and are whole, we have an opportunity to get up every morning and face ourselves and the world.

And we learn that we get to choose how we love, whether it’s people, food, work, travel and everything in between.
Painful periods usually let us know that big shifts are about to take place. When we are deep in them, we can’t see much.
We often hear people say “it’s hard” and yet, hard and easy are constructs we created. And we get to evolve what they mean to us.
Discomfort is part of this journey but we don’t have to live there all the time.

Isn’t it wonderous to allow ourselves to play every day, even with possibilities?
To find beauty in ourselves and life itself.

Instead of holding onto the past, is it time to be thankful and grateful for what we have and what we can create?
And be mindful of our thoughts without needing ‘to do’ and keep busy.

What if all our perceived struggles, obstacles and challenges are showing us who we were and who we are becoming?

To crash into life by never giving up.
There is so much hope deep in our hearts.
