Experiencing True Freedom
True freedom is found in our ability to think, act, and express ourselves without fear of judgment. By liberating our mind and spirit from how life should be, we experience true freedom. When we choose to pursue our true passions, embrace who we truly are, we can live authentically.
This is a state of being where more of us discover that we flourish and grow, unencumbered by limiting beliefs or external pressures. And we get to practice by unleashing our radical purpose.
While some in our current world are fighting, pioneers are creating healthy lives and systems. To break free, we create and return to natural rhythms and harmony. No longer dividing. By concentrating on the realm of possibilities and initiating the journey towards our true freedom, we uncover a wealth of healthier alternatives.
Renowned philosopher Krishnamurti, once said, “So you see that you cannot depend upon anybody. There is no guide, no teacher, no authority. There is only you—your relationship with others and with the world—there is nothing else.
When you realize this, it either brings great despair, from which comes cynicism and bitterness, or, in facing the fact that you and nobody else is responsible for the world and for yourself, for what you think, what you feel, how you act, all self-pity goes.”
True Freedom is A Responsibility
In a society that often looks for external validation and guidance, this is a powerful reminder that true freedom and transformation come from within. When we quickly reveal something for the sake of pride or ego, its true worth diminishes. It’s easy to fall into the trap of blaming others for our circumstances or seeking answers from gurus and experts. But ultimately, we hold the key to our own purposeful trek.
When we accept this truth, we may initially feel a sense of despair or overwhelm, as the weight of responsibility can be daunting. However, this realization can also be incredibly liberating. By acknowledging that we alone are responsible for our lives, we let go of self-pity.
Taking ownership of our lives means recognizing that we have the power to shape our reality. We can choose to foster healthy relationships and take meaningful actions. By doing so, we become active participants in our own lives, rather than passive observers.
Embracing self-responsibility also encourages us to seek out our true freedom. When we acknowledge that our thoughts, feelings, and actions are within our control, we choose to become the best version of ourselves.
And as we become more self-aware and responsible, we influence our relationships, communities, and the world at large. By embracing the idea that we alone hold the power to lead our lives, we create ripples. This collective shift ultimately fosters a compassionate, meaningful and connected world.
