Wisdom comes with experience; when we pay attention to possibilities. It is up to us to step out of any drama, to truly come alive. Nothing is ever as it seems. Life can feel like a huge roller coaster ride, with highs and lows and twists and turns until we free ourselves.
The most constricting barriers we build are not made from material items, like steel, but are infections of the mind with stories that jail us in an invisible prison of belief. Unlike most jails, there are no guards or physical bars to keep us imprisoned.
When you become self-aware, your imagination is sharper and your ability to navigate helps you sense both the dangers and the opportunities that are right here for you to discover. It is no one’s job to convince anyone of how life should. But hitting the top or the bottom can happen to each of us. What we do when it does can change everything.
The past is in the past and where we should keep it there. We cannot change it. We can only change ourselves when we are looking to tear down the veils of memory that haunt us. The past serves as a teacher but not a place to dwell or get ourselves stuck.
Our vision gets clearer and brighter when we are present.
Today is a fresh canvass of possibilities.
