The Power of Intention - Radical Trekking - Ayelet Baron

Intention Creates Our Reality

Wayne Dyer shared, “You get what you intend to create by being in harmony with the power of intention. Intention is responsible for all of creation.

In order to float an idea into your reality, you must be willing to do a somersault into the inconceivable and land on your feet, contemplating what you want instead of what you don’t have.”

There comes a time when we face some crossroads that require us to make decisions. By doing so, we set intentions about what we want to create and with who. And in essence, our intentions become our creations.

When we are occupied with what happens next, we cut the source of energy in our life. Why do so many of us choose predictability over the unexpected when we can simply choose to be excited about the unknown?

Intention is the power that propels our thoughts, mind, and heart into a being open to the unexpected. What are your deep intentions as you trust your internal GPS to guide you to new heights of creation?

Intention Drives Creation

We are in historic times of change as change becomes a constant in our lives. And many people around us are still in massive states of suffering and victimization. It is easy to project darkness and not face ourselves.

There are choices to be made about whether we allow our wounds drive us. Our mindset and intention drives what create. If we are facing internal conflict, we will not know how to have harmony with anyone else. Any blaming, judging, or victimization will only prolong the inevitable and cause disharmony.

Letting go of these states of mind is difficult for anyone who defines themselves through them. But what if we are ready to release these disempowering emotions? Can we have an intention to not repeat our history by breaking through?

Is it time to be aware of our thoughts, words, actions and intentions? Perhaps this a time to plant seeds of hope, love, and balance for an ever-changing present and future. Some questions to consider when it comes to our intentions:

  • What if courage is about acknowledging how powerful we are, and also about letting go of what we cannot control by trusting the unknown?
  • Do we dress for ourselves or do we dress to impress or get compliments?
  • Do we wait for the weekend or a vacation to live or do we make a life where work is simply part of it?
  • Do we blame technology for our woes or do we integrate the valuable aspect of technology into our life? Do we prefer washing dishes or using a dishwasher so we can go for a walk after a meal?
  • Are the items on our bucket list, if we have one, our own or ones that society tells us that we must experience before we die?

Powered by Love

When we are grounded on the Earth, and have made peace with our past, we can plant intentional seeds of opportunity. And what emerges are heart-centered relationships where we can be here for ourselves and each other. What if our relationships are based on honor, truth, integrity, and pure intention, which are universal laws of the highest frequencies?

But we have to make choices and can’t expect anyone else to know what it’s like to walk in our shoes. This is why conversations, dialogue, questions and listening become increasingly important now. It’s not enough to say we care, we need to show up with our caring actions by getting out of our way. And understand what someone else truly needs with no projections.

When our creations are powered by what we love, the intention becomes infinite, and things start to come together in balance. But we must stand in our power and shine a light of pure intention.
